UK Shipping 🇬🇧

We ship throughout the UK using a range of courier and postal services, allowing us to offer different delivery options and competitive shipping prices.

Where available, customers can also select Express Shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Our UK shipping services and prices are regularly reviewed to help ensure you’re receiving a reliable service at an affordable price.

Please remember that shipping timeframes are separate from our packing and processing times. Selecting an express delivery service speeds up the delivery of your parcel once dispatched but does not necessarily reduce the time required for us to prepare and pack your order.

Please allow for both packing/processing and shipping timeframes when placing your order, particularly if your order is needed by a specific date.

Worldwide Shipping 🌎

Colourful Creek ships internationally to supported destinations outside of the EU. Available international shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

We currently use Royal Mail and Evri, alongside other available delivery services where appropriate. Our international shipping services and prices are regularly reviewed to help provide our customers with affordable and suitable delivery options.

EU Shipping – Currently Suspended 🇪🇺

Physical delivery to EU countries is currently suspended.

Due to changes and additional requirements surrounding EU customs and packaging regulations, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend physical orders to EU destinations.

As a small independent business, we want to ensure that we can fully comply with the relevant requirements while still providing our customers with a reliable and reasonably priced shopping experience.

We are very sorry to our EU customers and hope to be able to offer physical delivery to the EU again in the future.

Where available, digital Colourful Creek products remain available to EU customers, as these do not require physical shipping.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Every Colourful Creek order is carefully packed and prepared before dispatch. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed in addition to the estimated shipping timeframe.

During busy periods, new releases, sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We really appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international destinations where physical shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or additional fees applied by their destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Colourful Creek.

Colourful Creek cannot predict whether a customs charge will be applied or how much it may be.

If a customer chooses not to pay the required customs, duties or import charges and the parcel is refused or returned to Colourful Creek, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Any refund due for the returned goods will only be processed once the parcel has been safely returned to us and its condition has been checked. Any additional return-to-sender charges incurred may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please remember:

Packing & processing time + shipping time = your overall estimated delivery timeframe.

International deliveries may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside of our control.

If you need your order by a particular date, please take both processing and delivery times into consideration before ordering.
